Eligibility for Returns

  1. Time Frame:

    • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  2. Condition of Products:

    • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Any product that has been opened, partially used, or damaged due to improper handling is not eligible for return.
  3. Proof of Purchase:

    • A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required to process a return.

Refund Policy

  1. Approved Returns:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  2. Shipping Costs:

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago.
  • Discounted or promotional items (unless defective).

Exchanges

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost. Please contact us at support@profelinenutrition.com within 7 days of receiving the product, along with photos of the damaged item.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at support@profelinenutrition.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Return Authorization:
    Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your product.

  3. Ship the Product:
    Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the shipping label. Ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.


Exceptions

  1. Subscription Products:

    • Subscription items can only be refunded for the most recent shipment if the product remains unopened and is returned within the 14-day time frame.
  2. Lost or Stolen Packages:

    • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method.
